TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has left our warehouse, the courier will send an email and/or SMS with tracking details highlighting the expected delivery date. Please follow the steps below to track your item.

  • Step 1 – Check your email (and spam folder)
  • Step 2 – If you know your tracking number, use the links below to track your order
  • Step 3 – If the tracking is showing ‘out for delivery’ or ‘at depo’, it is on its way to you
  • Step 4 – If the tracking is showing ‘not received’ and the delivery is past the due date, please contact us on 0330 124 3556

Contactless Delivery – You do not need to be at the property to accept the delivery. If they can’t find you at home, drivers will leave the items in a safe place. You can recommend one during checkout in the ‘Delivery Instructions’ field. Please note that the driver is unable to leave your items without signature if they deem it unsafe, so it’s up to their discretion.
If you are not inNo problem, if you are not available at the time of delivery and there isn’t a safe space to leave your items, delivery will be attempted the next working day. If redelivery fails for two days in a row, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

Can I collect?

Can my order be delivered to different locations?


Yes, we can split your order and deliver items to different locations as long as the shipping cost is covered for the multiple deliveries. Please get in touch on info@wirefence.co.uk if you would prefer your order to be delivered in two or more parts.

Faulty item(s) / Missing item(s)


We will always make it easy to replace faulty items or send out missing items.

All you need to do is

  • Let us know about the issue within 7 working days of receiving the item
  • Email info@wirefence.co.uk with a photo clearly showing the fault or the items that you have received, along with your order number

You can count on us to

  • Respond within 24 hours  (Mon – Fri)
  • Get a replacement to you quickly and at no extra cost to you
